Overview

McBride Homes is accustomed to City and/or County inspections at every phase of construction, but allows Purchasers to request an additional home inspection so long as Purchaser and the chosen home inspector abide by McBride Homes’ requirements.

Please remember that during an inspection all homes are under construction and we may still be working to finalize components and/or address potential issues.

McBride Homes requires specific documentation to be submitted by the home inspector before we can approve your inspection request.

Understand McBride Homes is the current owner of the home and may deny entry to anyone in its discretion, and McBride Homes has no obligation to take any action as a result of a home inspection report.

Preparation
